Weigand Exchange and Return Policy

Email us questions, the number 1 reason for returns and exchanges is not asking for help when choosing a scope mount
Most returns and exchanges could be avoided by asking for help
Sending a photo along with a question is always helpful for us to get you the correct information

We strictly adhere to the following policy

1.    All sales are final after 30 days (no parts exchanged or returned 30 days after sale)

2.    Shipping is never refunded on any exchange or return

3.    You must contact us for an RA# before you can return a product

4.    Parts must be returned in original packaging with RA# (return authorization number) on the outside of the shipping package or it will be refused.
       Screws must be placed in the zip  lock bag to prevent damage to the parts in shipment

5.    Parts must not be damaged in any way or have been installed on any firearm. Installed parts are not returnable or eligible for exchange

6.    Exchanges are no charge however there is a $14.95 return shipping (back to you) fee on exchanges.

7.    Returns incur a 20% restocking fee, no exceptions

8.    Be aware if you refuse a FedEx delivery there is a $28 service charge from FedEx that you will be responsible for.
       Accept the package then return ship it to us.
